It was a beautiful day for Beth and Joey's wedding at Duke Gardens. Beth and Joey not only planned a beautiful wedding this year but also finished their Phds at Duke and Carolina. They had so many friends and family from around the country come to celebrate with them. It was an honor to document their day.

Sneak Peak | Glee Kids Mini Sessions

Thank you to all the families who came to Glee Kids Clothing Store in Chapel Hill for a mini session.  It was great to meet everyone and happy to share a sneak peak from some of the sessions.

Backyard Fun | Durham Family Photograper

I love watching kids play in their backyards. The space is magical and can be transformed into a fairy house, tropical island, forest, and ice cream shop.  As parents we always think there is more that could be done to make our yard look better for photographs.  Yet, this is not what we see when we look at the images.  I just see the giggles and smiles.  

Grandparents Welcome | Chapel Hill, NC Family Photographer

I love when families include grandparents for a photography session. Grandma and Grandpa joined us for short time during the photo session and it was a joy to capture their love for their granddaughter. The fun continued with blowing bubbles, a wagon ride, and watering flowers.
